When buying products online, delivery is a key part of the service that you are purchasing and we take full responsibility for ensuring that your products are delivered to you in a safe and timely manner. We currently offer our UK customers several delivery options from The Royal Mail and via courier (DHL/UPS etc). We advise all of our international customers to utilise a "signed for" courier service - as its usually the only way to ensure that your products are delivered safely to you - please call or contact us for details and prices. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Free Delivery (UK) - we offer all of our UK Mainland customers, free delivery on all orders over £25 in value - for this service we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - items usually take between 1 - 10 days to reach their destination. There is no charge for this service if your order is over £25! Special Delivery (UK) - with Royal Mail Special Delivery your items are guaranteed to be delivered to you the next working day or even on a Saturday, if you choose the Special Delivery Saturday Service. The cost of this service is either £5 or £8 for up to 1KG! Courier (UK) - for the 2 - 3 day courier service we use either DHL or UPS. The cost of this service is £8 for up to 5KG! Highlands & Southern Ireland - for parcels up to 1KG we offer a 3 - 4 day delivery service by Royal Mail Parcel Service - the cost of this service ranges between £8 & £14 depending on what you are ordering. If you wish to utilise a courier the prices range from £14 upwards - please contact us for details and a quote! Europe and the Rest of the World - please contact us for a quote based on exactly what you would like to order.
